Who can become a KODA PRO member
Any business or association that builds, designs, or procures products for residential homes is eligible for membership. Home builders, HOAs, property managers, interior design firms, architecture firms, owners & developers, purchasing agents, storage facilities, real estate, contractors, and independent/small businesses are encouraged to apply.
How to become a B2B member?
Click Join Now and fill out our application form. Once submitted, you should receive a response within 2-3 business days, in most cases. We will then let you know if you are approved. When approved, you will be prompted to create or sign-in to a KODA shopping account as part of this registration.
What if I already have a KODA account?
No worries! Our system will automatically detect you are a member and should retain all your past order data and settings. If you have any trouble call 866-294-9244, email info@kodabuilt.com, or send a message through our contact form.
How do I make changes to my account?
Go to My Account or tap the ‘person’ icon at the top-right of the screen. You’ll enter your email address and password to log into your console. Once in your console, you can change things like business address, password, and contact information. If you’re having any difficulties, call 866-294-9244, email to info@kodabuilt.com, or send to our contact form.
NOTE: When you log onto Kodabuilt.com as a confirmed KODA PRO, you will see all products with discounted prices next to the normal retail price. If you are only seeing the normal retail price, you may need to log-in again.
How do I use my tax exemption on B2B purchases?
During your application process, we will ask you to email your documentation. Our accounting team will review your case, and we will prompt you about your tax-exempt status. (You can also submit your tax-exempt forms later, after you’ve been approved into KODA PRO.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is technically no minimum order quantity. However, you will be charged a fixed shipping cost if your order sub-total (less the 30% discount) comes out to LESS THAN $3,000 USD.
Fixed shipping costs are in the following intervals:
Orders of $999 or less = $100
$1,000 to $1,999 = $200
$2,000 to $2,999 = $300

Can you process special shipping requests?

How much product do you keep in stock?
Due to space constraints and overhead, KODA only maintains enough quantity of any given product to meet future expected demands. If you are ordering a very large amount (example, 3K pieces or more in one order), we can work with you to produce enough products to fill your needs. Note that production time (including overseas shipping of the finished products) can take several months to complete. In such cases, we may ask for a “down payment” to start the production lines.
What is your free shipping minimum?
The sub-total of your order (less the 30% discount) must be a minimum of $3,000 USD to reach the free shipping threshold. Any order less than $3K will incur a FIXED SHIPPING COST at the following intervals:
Orders of $999 or less = $100
$1,000 to $1,999 = $200
$2,000 to $2,999 = $300
Free shipping does not apply to expedited shipping orders. Fee shipping does not apply to expedited shipping orders.
NOTE: Regular KODA shopper accounts tend to reach free shipping minimums at sub-totals of $50 USD or more. If you only need to order a small quantity of lights, it may work out better to purchase small orders from a normal (non-pro) KODA account. For instance, it may be advantageous to connect your business email with the KODA PRO account, and a separate non-commercial email for your “normal” KODA shopper account.
Can you do better than a 30% discount?
If you have a very large order on the horizon, we are open to negotiating with you on discounts above 30%. Just call us or email us before placing the order and allow some extra time for processing.
Who do I talk to about my account or upcoming orders?

Do you offer Will Call? Where?
Yes, we do offer Will Call pickup of orders from our warehouse in Fontana, California. As of now, there is no custom option at checkout to select this option. So please call 866-294-9244 or email info@kodabuilt.com ahead of your order. At checkout, you will need to put the following as your SHIP-TO address:
