📦 Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 11:00 AM PT (Monday–Friday) will be processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM PT will be processed on the next business day.
  • We do not process orders on weekends or U.S. public/federal holidays.
  • During high-volume periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You can track your order using our Order Status page.

Continental U.S. (48 States)

  • Free UPS Ground shipping for orders $50 or more.
  • Expedited services (UPS 2nd Day, Next Day Air) available at checkout; shipping cost is calculated based on item weight/dimensions.

Non-Continental U.S.

  • We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands via discounted UPS Ground rates.

Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

📬 Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

After placing your order, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking typically updates within 48 hours.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Will all items in my order arrive together?

We try our best to ship all items together. However, items may ship separately based on warehouse location or packaging needs. You will receive separate tracking emails if applicable.


Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?

You can cancel or update your order within 60 minutes. After that, orders cannot be changed.

If a package is lost due to an incorrect address, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the item.


🔔 Important Notes

  • Orders canceled after 1 hour may incur return shipping fees.
  • If the wrong address is provided and leads to loss or delivery failure, the customer bears full responsibility.
