How do I use the adjustable color temperature feature?
To change the color temperature between a warm white light (2700K) and a natural white light (4000K) or vice versa, flip your light switch off for 1 second, then back on. You need to flip the switch within 5 seconds of being off otherwise the color temperature will remain the same.

The junction box should already be grounded if it was installed correctly by your electrician. Look for a ground screw inside the box and wrap the ground wire from the light to that screw.If you do not feel comfortable accessing the junction box, please contact a professional electrician.
